About Reach Oxford Scholarships

Reach Oxford Scholarships (formerly known as the Oxford Student Scholarships) exist to support students from low-income countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because suitable educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own countries. The scholarship is offered by the University of Oxford and covers full tuition, college fees, and a living allowance.

Key Scholarship Programs

• Reach Oxford Undergraduate Scholarship: Full tuition, college fees, and living stipend for the entire duration of an undergraduate degree
• Living Allowance: Annual grant to cover accommodation, food, and personal expenses
• Return Airfare: One economy return flight per year for the duration of study
• Visa & Health Coverage: Support with visa costs and access to university health services

Eligibility Requirements

• Nationality: Applicants must be nationals of countries classified as low-income or lower-middle-income economies
• Residency: Must have lived in their home country for the majority of their life
• Academic Achievement: Outstanding academic record with strong school results
• Financial Need: Demonstrated financial need — the scholarship is targeted at those who cannot afford UK education
• English Proficiency: IELTS 7.0+ or TOEFL 100+ (or equivalent)
• Course Requirements: Meeting the entry requirements of the chosen Oxford undergraduate course
• Age: Must be 18 or older by the start of the course
